Stephen McKay has been involved in a number of community arts projects and has seen the benefits of making art more accessible to the local residents.

McKay has been involved in the 'Go Penguin' sculptures in Liverpool and more recently with 'Rhino Mania' in Chester.

The design was inspired by taking an animal with lots of history and background to Skipton and mixing things up a little so that the 'norm' isn't apparent as much.

Sheep to camel may be a little crazy, but will be loved by tourists and residents alike owing to the little twist I have given to the decoration in the form of its fibreglass hump!
